IMPORTANT!
1) Our property is quite isolated, and while luxurious and peaceful, you will be staying in nature. Open space living will at times see animals and insects come inside.
2) We have a groundskeeper who can assist you with cleaning the property and garden, but they are not on call 247 and haveworking hours. They will do their best to assist when available to do so.
3) We do not provide meals or room service. Kawa is a wonderful place to bring your own foods supplies and enjoy the experience of sharing, cooking and experiencing meals together.
4) The road to enter our property is picturesque, yet quite steep and small. Getting away from the busy areas, means the drive in can be a challenging adventure. Follow our signs, as Google Maps doesn’t always suggest the most sensible paths to follow.
5) The property is nestled between local housing and properties, and is not well suited to loud or late parties, out of respect for the others in the area that appreciate the serene peace and quiet.
6) If you stay with infants or kids please be aware that we are in a rural area that is far from hospital or medical care, so close supervision and interaction, particularly around the river area is important.guests are required to complete the “Safety at Kawa” liability form prior to their stay.
7. Parking is available, however due to the nature of the roads, it is best to communicate with us first about the best options if you are staying and bringing your own car.
8. We are mindful of waste and the environment at Kawa, with dedicated bins for recycling. If you have rubbish, particularly plastics, that can be recycled in the bins provided, please take it back out with you when you leave.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
